Adding Comments in A Spreadsheet

With Zoho Sheet you can add comments to a spreadsheet. This would be useful when you collaborate on a document so you will be able to view the feedback on each document.

To add a comment:

  1. Select the cell or cells or, rows or columns or a section of the spreadsheet that you want to add a comment to
  2. Right click on the selected cell/cells and in the drop-down menu click on theAdd Comment option or click on the Review tab >> Add Comment
  3. A comment box will appear on the right hand side
  4. Add your comment and click on Post
  5. The comment will be posted on the right hand side, which you can view by clicking on the username
  6. To delete a comment click on the username and click on the Delete icon
