With Zoho Sheet you can add comments to a spreadsheet. This would be useful when you collaborate on a document so you will be able to view the feedback on each document.
To add a comment:
- Select the cell or cells or, rows or columns or a section of the spreadsheet that you want to add a comment to
- Right click on the selected cell/cells and in the drop-down menu click on theAdd Comment option or click on the Review tab >> Add Comment
- A comment box will appear on the right hand side
- Add your comment and click on Post
- The comment will be posted on the right hand side, which you can view by clicking on the username
- To delete a comment click on the username and click on the Delete icon
