Zoho Docs is a very flexible document management solution. It lets you create or edit documents with its online office apps, which can be later exported into more standard and compatible document formats, applicable across all platforms on the web. With Zoho Docs you can export a document into formats such as DOC, RTF or ODT.

To export a document in Zoho Docs in a different doc type, all you need to do is:

1. Select the check box next to the document you want to export to another format.
2. Click on the Actions drop-down button.
3. In the drop-down menu select your required format
4. Once the document is exported to a different doc type, you can save it on your desktop and then upload it back to Zoho Docs to share or collaborate.
