A CRM administrator is responsible for implementing, deploying and monitoring the complete CRM system. The administrator defines the roles and profiles for each user and sets up the organization's CRM system as per the business requirements.
Administrator's Role:
- Gather CRM requirements and plan the CRM implementation process
- Customize CRM Modules
- Define the Role-based security and manage Users
- Set up business process flow using the workflow rules
- Set up the data administration (Import, export, web forms, API, etc.)
