Important Cases:

  • The Trial version for the Mobile Zoho CRM is available in all the Editions.
  • In the Enterprise Edition, once the Mobile CRM Trial is over, you will still be able to access Zoho CRM in your device with Read Only Access.
  • If you are in the Enterprise Trial version and you enable Mobile Trial, you will have full access to all the features.

Prerequisites

Zoho CRM requirements:
You must have:

  • A valid and active Zoho CRM Account.
    In case you have not signed up for Zoho CRM, please click here
  • Mobile Edition activated for your account.
    If you are the administrator, you can Subscribe to the Mobile Edition.
  • The permission to view Zoho CRM modules. See Also Managing Profiles

BlackBerry Requirements:
Zoho CRM for BlackBerry requires OS 4.2.1 or later.

Internet Connectivity:
Zoho CRM for BlackBerry requires a Wi-Fi network to communicate with Zoho CRM. However, you can also work with the local data in your device even if you lose connectivity to the internet. The updates will sync with your master CRM account when you are connected to a wi-fi or cellular network.

Installing Zoho CRM for BlackBerry

You can download and install the Zoho CRM application for BlackBerry and install by following the steps given below:

  1. From your BlackBerry Native browser, visit http://mobile.zoho.com/crm/blackberry.
  2. Click the Non Touch Device link in the web page to download the Zoho CRM application for Qwerty Keypad BlackBerry.
    For Touch Screen devices, tap Touch Device link.
    Once the download is complete, the application will be automatically installed.



  3. Click Zoho CRM icon present in the BlackBerry Applications dashboard.
  4. In the Sign in page, enter your Zoho CRM account's User name and Password.


  5. Click Sign in.
    You will be signed in to your Zoho CRM account and the CRM Home page will be displayed with the current day's Tasks and Events.



    When you log in for the first time, you will be given the option for retrieving records and storing them into Zoho CRM. Following are options:
    • Default (200 records) - The latest 200 records that are added or modified.
    • Since Yesterday - Records that are added or modified since the previous day.
    • Since Last 1 Week - Records that are added or modified since the last week.
    • Since Last 2 Weeks - Records that are added or modified since the last 2 weeks.
    Subsequently, for each refresh up to 100 new records (added or modified) since the first download are added into the device. In each of the modules, by default, we maintain the latest 1000 records. You can change this default listing to 500, 1500 or 2000 also.



Limitations

When you log in for the first time, you will be given the option for retrieveing records and storing then into Zoho CRM. Subsequently, 100 new records (added/ or modified) since the first download are added into the deviceon every refresh.

Currently, you can access and manage records from Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Potentials, Cases, Task, Events, and Calls modules only.

Only Add, Modify, Delete, Send Email and Call Contacts functions are supported in the application.

While viewing detailed information of a record in any module, only details from that module will be shown. Information from the related modules will not be displayed.

Top
