The pricing details are as follows:

Purchase User Licenses, Add-ons or Plug-ins
Users are the ones who can log in to your Zoho CRM account, access CRM data and use various functions according to the permissions configured by the administrator. You can also purchase add-on licenses for users, from the list of various add-ons and extras.
The pricing details for the user licenses are as follows:
Professional Edition - $ 12 USD/User /Month
Enterprise Edition - $ 25 USD/User /Month
You can sunscribe or unsubscribe user licenses anytime. Also, based on the date you purchase the user licenses, pro-rated calculation will be applicable. For example:
Scenario 1
If you buy one additional user license after 15 days from the subscription renewal date, you will pay $7 or $15 (Pro-rated calculation) for the Professional or Enterprise Edition respectively.
Scenario 2
If you buy one additional user license within 15 days from the subscription renewal date, you will pay the full amount of $12 or $25 for the Professional or Enterprise Edition respectively.
To purchase user licenses, add-ons or plug-ins
- Click Upgrade.

- In the Manage Subscription page, click Manage for your Edition.
- In the Manage Subscription page, do the following:
- Under Action, click Upgrade.
- Under Users, select the Number of User Licenses from the drop-down list.
- Under Add-ons & Plug-ins, select the number of licenses for the following from the respective drop-down lists.
- Number of Zoho Mail Add-on Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office Users
- Number of Zoho PhoneBridge Users
- Select the QuickBooks Integration check box to subscribe.
- Under File Storage, select the Extra Storage Space from the drop-down list.
The Selected Items will be listed for your reference.
- Click Check out.
For the transaction, the existing credit card details on file will be used. To update your credit card details, see Credit Card Details
Activate Add-ons and Plug-ins
Once you have purchased the add-ons or Plug-ins, you need to activate them for the individual users. Only after activation, will the add-ons or plug-ins be available for the users.
- Click Setup > Subscription Manager > Activate Users.
- In the Activate Users page, click Edit.
- Select the check boxes of the respective add-ons and plug-ins for the corresponding user.
- Click Save.
Unsubscribe User Licenses, Add-ons or Plug-ins
You can cancel licenses anytime you want in Zoho CRM. Whether it is user licenses or add-on and extras, downgrading those licenses can be done easily. Please note that when you deactivate a user, the user license is not canceled. You will be billed for the number of user license that you had bought. You need to cancel the user license if you do not want to use it.
To unsubscribe user licenses, add-ons or plug-ins
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscription page, click Manage for your Edition.
- In the Manage Subscription page, do the following:
- Under Action, click Downgrade.
- Under Users, select the Number of User Licenses that you want to unsubscribe.
- Under Add-ons & Plug-ins, select the following from the respective drop-down lists.
- Number of Zoho Mail Add-on Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office Users
- Number of Zoho PhoneBridge Users
- Clear the QuickBooks Integration check box to unsubscribe.
- Click Downgrade.
Upgrade or Downgrade Edition
You can upgrade or downgrade your Zoho CRM Edition anytime. The three Editions in Zoho CRM are:
Enterprise Edition - An enterprise-class CRM for managing multi-level organizational hierarchy
Professional Edition - A complete sales automation solution for small businesses
Free Edition - An easy to use hosted CRM for entrepreneurs and start-ups
To upgrade from the Free Edition or Trial to the Professional or Enterprise Edition
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscription page, click Manage for your Edition.
- In the Manage Subscription page, do the following:
- Under Action, click Upgrade.
- Under Users, select the Number of User Licenses from the drop-down list.
- Under Add-ons & Plug-ins, select the number of licenses for the following from the respective drop-down lists.
- Number of Zoho Mail Add-on Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook Users
- Number of Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office Users
- Number of Zoho PhoneBridge Users
- QuickBooks Integration
- Select the QuickBooks Integration check box to subscribe.
- Under File Storage, select the Extra Storage Space from the drop-down list.
The Selected Items will be listed for your reference. - Select the Payment Duration from the drop-down list.
- Review the items you selected and click Check out.
For the transaction, the existing credit card details on file (if you have provided them earlier) will be used. To update your credit card details, see Credit Card Details
To upgrade from the Professional to the Enterprise Edition
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscription page, review the upgrade details.
- Click the link provided in the page to update the credit card details, if required.
The already existing credit card details will be used for the transaction. See Also Update Credit Card Details - Click Upgrade.
To downgrade from the Enterprise to the Professional Edition
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscription page, click Downgrade under the corresponding Edition.
- In the Manage Subscription page, the downgrade details will be listed.
- Enter the reason for downgrading.
- Click Downgrade.
To downgrade from the Enterprise or Professional Edition to the Free Edition
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscription page, click Downgrade under the corresponding Edition.
- In the Manage Subscription page, the downgrade details will be listed.

- Select one of the following:
- Downgrade User Licenses, Add-ons and Extra Storage Spaces
- Downgrade User Licenses alone
- Enter the reason for downgrading.
- Click Downgrade.
Update Credit Card Details
You can update your credit card details anytime. Note that, your credit card details are not stored anywhere in our applications. The details you provide are secured and authenticated by VeriSign.
To update credit card details
- Click Upgrade.

- In the Manage Subscription page, click the Change Credit Card Details link.

- In the Credit Card Details page, modify the details.
- Click Pay Now.
View Next Transaction Details
You can view your next transaction details in your Zoho CRM account.
To view next transaction details
- Click Upgrade.
- In the Manage Subscriptionpage, the next transaction details will be listed with the following details:
- Next Transaction Amount
- Next Transaction Date
View Subscription History
You can view all your previous transactions in your Zoho CRM account.
To view your subscription history
- Click Setup > Subscription Manager > License Order History.
- In the License Order History page, the subscription history will be listed.
