Zoho CRM for Google Apps is available in the Google Apps Marketplace. Google Apps users with the Super Administrator role can activate Zoho CRM for Google Apps for your organization.
Note
- When you have a Zoho CRM account (any Edition) - On activation, you will be able to access all the features. Note that the Gmail integration will be available only if you have Zoho Mail Add-on for your account.
- When you do not have a Zoho CRM account - While activating, you will get the Zoho CRM - Enterprise Edition Trial Version with Zoho Mail Add-on for 15 days. During the trial period, you can evaluate:
- Features of Zoho CRM - Enterprise Edition
- Add users from Google Apps to Zoho CRM
- Import contacts from Google Apps to Zoho CRM
- Export events from Zoho CRM to Google Apps
- Attach files from Google Drive to Zoho CRM
- Embed Zoho CRM gadgets for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, and Tasks into Google Sites and Google Mail
- Integrate Google Mail with Zoho CRM
After the 15 day trial, you can still access the following features without upgrading to the Paid Editions of Zoho CRM:

- Import contacts from Google Apps to Zoho CRM
- Export events from Zoho CRM to Google Apps
- Embed Zoho CRM gadgets for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, and Tasks into Google Sites and Google Mail
Activating Zoho CRM for Google Apps
To activate Zoho CRM from Google Apps, follow these steps:
- Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator's privilege.
- In the Google Apps Dashboard page, click Add more services.
Alternatively, you can also click Shop the marketplace link to directly go to the Google Apps Marketplace. 
- In the Google Services page, under the Other Services section, click Shop the Marketplace link.

- In the Google Apps Marketplace, search for the Zoho CRM application.
- Select Zoho CRM and click Add it Now and enter your Google Apps domain name.

- In the Agree to terms of service page, review the Zoho CRM terms of service and click I agree. Continue.
- In the Grant data access page, review the list of Google data APIs and click Grant data access.
- In the Enable the app page, click Enable app now.
The Zoho CRM application will be added to the dashboard and Google universal navigation.
To create a Zoho CRM account, follow these steps:
- Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator privilege.
- In the Google Apps Dashboard, or Google universal navigation, click Zoho CRM application.
- In the Welcome to Zoho CRM page, select Enable Zoho CRM access to Google Apps user and click Start.
A Zoho CRM account will be created for your Google Apps domain.
