Activating Google Contacts & Calendar from Zoho CRM

To activate Google Contacts and Calendar from Zoho CRM

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
2. Open Setup > Apps & Add-on > Google Apps link.
3. In the Zoho CRM for Google page, click Authenticate.
4. In the Google Accounts page, sign in to your Google Account.
5. In the Google Accounts page, click the Grant access button.
   The Zoho CRM integration with Google Contacts and Calendar will be activated.

To remove Zoho CRM from Google

1. Log in to Google (Gmail, Google Plus, etc.)
2. Click (Your Name) > Account Settings link.
   
3. In the Account overview page, click Edit Authorizing applications & sites link.
   
   
4. In the Authorize access to your Google Account page, click Revoke Access link.
5. Now, Zoho CRM integration App for Google Contacts and Calendar will be removed.

Enable Sync Permissions for Profiles

1. Click Setup > Admin Settings > Profiles.
2. In the Profiles page, select the profile to which you want to give sync access and click Edit.
3. Under General Permissions, select the Sync with Google Calendar and Sync with Google Contacts check boxes.
4. Click Save.
