We have personally have over 16 years of experience with CRM systems. Ranging from Act to Salesforce and everything in between. We have used the systems internally and assisted a number of companies with their setup. We were a Salesforce partner until the beginning of 2011 when our agreement expired and have been married to Zoho ever since. We have an in depth knowledge of the work flow customization and the mathematical functions the system allows. For the price it is the best CRM on the market. With the API and some of the integrations we have planned in 2012 and 2013 we feel it will make our systems the premier small and local business offering. We became a Google Apps authorized reseller in 2011 and between Zoho and Google Apps we have a very specific offering we can now make available to businesses as an alternative to Salesforce and Sugar.
