You can customize or generate a web-to-contact form and publish it directly to any Google Sites.

When you generate the web-to-contacts form, check the Enable manual contact approval option to filter junk contacts from being added.

Absolutely. From the Mail settings, select Convert new email Id's to contacts option. Every time you receive an email from a new email address, the sender is added to your contacts.

Yes, you can import all your existing contacts from Google Apps or from CSV file.
How do I approve contacts?
View the contacts to be approved in the Approve Contacts section in the Contacts module. You can either select all the contacts and approve them together or decide who the contact should be assigned to and approve the contact, individually.
What happens when I delete a contact?
When you delete a contact, all the tasks and deals associated with the contact will also be deleted permanently.
Can I add custom fields to the company/contact info?
Absolutely. You can add text, URL, picklists, Date, Number, Email, Phone, Website, and Textarea type custom fields depending on the information you want to collect.
