Chain Campaign

Using Chain Campaigns you can target the unopened recipients and focus on increasing your open rate for those subscribers who didn't open your previous mail. You can fine tune the subject/ content or both and send the campaign to the unopened recipients. 
To create a Chain Campaign

  1. Go to Email Campaigns tabà Campaign List page.
  2. Click the sent campaign to open.
  3. Click Add Chain Campaign button from the dashboard to proceed.

Now, adhere to the same steps which you followed to create a campaign. You can modify the content or the subject according to the needs of the subscribers and there is no restriction to limit the chain campaign. You can create multiple chain campaigns until you wish.

Note

You can create a chain campaign even from the Reports tab.
  1. Go to Reports tab--> Sent campaigns page.
  2. Click the intended Campaign to open.
  3. Click Add Chain Campaign button from the dashboard to proceed.

Clone Campaign

You can send a campaign to another list of subscribers by copying or cloning the campaign. It saves your valuable time of starting an email campaign from scratch.
To Clone Campaign

  1. Go to Email Campaigns tab-->Campaign List page.
  2. Hover on the campaign to be cloned (you’ll find the clone button in the same row of the sent campaign).
  3. Click the Clone button to proceed.
  4. In a popup page, enter the Campaign Name & Subject Line.
  5. Click Save button.

Now, your campaign is copied and saved in the draft mode. All you’ve to do is to select the list of recipients and send for review.

Edit Campaign

  1. Click Email Campaigns tab à Hover on the campaign you want to edit (On the same row, right hand side you will find the edit button).
  2. Click Edit

OR,

  1. Click Email Campaigns tab à Click the Campaign to open.
  2. Click Edit

Delete Campaign

A campaign can be deleted only when it is in draft mode or when it is sent.

  1. Click Email Campaigns tab à Hover on the campaign you want to edit (On the same row, right hand side you will find the edit button).
  2. Click Delete
  3. Click Ok to confirm.

OR,

  1. Click Email Campaigns tab à Click the Campaign to open.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Click Ok to confirm

Note

  • Once you delete a campaign, it’ll automatically delete the related reports.

Sort Campaign by Status

Every email campaign has its own designate status and you can view the current status information of all email campaigns in your account. It is important to know the meaning of that status (es). Let’s explore that status (es).

  • All Campaigns - It’ll list out all the email campaigns created by you irrespective of its status.
  • Drafts – Any email campaign which has been created but not sent or a part of the campaign such as configuring the content or adding the mailing list is pending for future purpose.
  • To Be Reviewed – Your campaign has been sent for review to check anti-spam compliance.
  • Reviewed – Your campaign has been successfully reviewed and it is ready to send the campaign to recipients.
  • Scheduled – Your campaign has been scheduled to send in recipients’ time zone to suit their convenience.
  • In Progress – Your campaign is being sent and is in progress. This status is shown when the number of recipients is high.
  • Sent Your email Campaign has been successfully sent and the report has been generated.
  • Stopped - Your email campaign is stopped due to two major reasons. It could be either high bounce rate or spam complaints. In such scenarios, it is stopped and it is always recommended to contact the support services in this regard.
  • Canceled – Your campaign can be canceled either by yourself or by Zoho Campaigns. Zoho Campaign reserves the right to cancel any content which can be virulent, prohibited, or against anti-spam policy.
  • Paused – When the user feels that the campaign is sent to an incorrect list or want to send campaign at latter point of time, he can pause the campaign.
  •  In Testing – This status is applicable for A/B test campaign only. It implies the test is running in that particular duration of time.
