Manage And Connect Using APIs

Zoho Campaigns provides API (Application Programming Interface) to transact data to and from other applications such as CRM modules, Zoho and third-party applications such as, accounting, ERP, e-commerce, self-service portals and others. With our API, you can extract data in XML or JSON format and develop new applications or integrate with your existing business applications.

You can use Zoho Campaigns API to integrate the following types of applications:

  • CRM applications
  • Contact Management Tools
  • Invoicing Software
  • Survey and Event Management Tools

Prerequisite

  1. You must have a valid user name and password to access Zoho Campaigns
  2. Developer environment/hosting server to integrate third-party application
  3. Internet connection to communicate with Zoho Campaigns API

API Authentication Token (authtoken)

To access any of our API methods, authentication is mandatory which will be passed to us through our authentication parameter namely "authtoken". To get the authentication token for your account, refer Using APIs.
