We enable you to access your calendars even on your mobile phones. Use a Mobile Web Browser on iphone, android, blackberry, windows phone and nokia smart phones to access Zoho services. You can view your calendars in, both Day and Month views, and add new events as well. Smart Add feature too is supported on mobile. Are you having a different mobile from the ones mentioned above? With Zoho Calendar's Offline capability, you can now access your events sans the net! In order to enable this feature, your browser requires an additional add-on called "Gears". This gears is available for free, and can be downloaded.
Here is how to set up offline:
Follow the steps to activate your gears if you don't have it already installed on your browser.
In the first instance of going offline with calendar, this warning will be displayed. Click on the check box "I trust this site. Allow..." Only then the Allow button will become enabled. Click on the Allow button to save the configuration so that you are not prompted to enable this every time you go offline.
If you do not intend to use the offline option on your computer any more, you can disable it as easily as you enabled it.
Zoho Calendar downloads 6 months' events. Downloads are made from previous month, current month and next 4 months. When you are connected to the network, your online changes are synchronized locally and new events are downloaded.
There are certain operations that are not as yet possible when you are working offline. Some of them include changing your settings, creating events, calendar, etc. These options are disabled when working offline.

This comes handy when you work across multiple applications with Zoho Business as your access portal. You can perform any function on the calendar within Zoho Business as you would do on Zoho Calendar, and it will be updated instantly.
