Zoho Invoice To Zoho Books Migration

This page is a guide to migrating your data from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Books. The page outlines the process and everything that goes on after the migration.

Step 1

  • Sign in to your Zoho Books account
  • Go to the 'Home' tab followed by the "My Organizations" link
  • Click the 'Import Organization from Zoho Invoice' link on the right hand side of the My Organizations page
  • Select the organization to be imported and click the 'Import button
  • A message confirms the beginning of the import.

Step 2

The migration is completed and an email confirmation is sent to your email. The migrated data is imported into a new Zoho Books organization. Follow the link in the email and sign in to your Zoho Books account to access the new organization.

Step 3

  • Sign in to your 'Zoho Books' account
  • Enable the payment reminders according to your preferences
  • The recurring invoice preference is set as 'save as draft and notify. You can change this if required.
  • Set your default invoice and estimate templates
  • English is set as the language for your organization
  • Select and add users who need access to your accounting

Step 4

Sign in to Zoho Invoice. Disable all payment reminders and stop all recurring invoices set up.
