1. How much can I earn for each referral I make?
You will be entitled to a one-time sign-up commission and a recurring Commission from the second month of the subscription to the twelfth month of the subscription or end of the subscription, whichever is earlier. If, during the period in which you are entitled to Recurring Commission, the Qualifying User upgrades to a higher paid subscription plan, in addition to the Sign-up Commission and Recurring Commission, you will also be entitled to a one-time Upgrade Commission. The Sign-up Commission, Recurring Commission and Upgrade Commission shall be as follows:

| Upgrade Commission | 50% of the difference between the monthly subscription fees for the new plan and the previous plan. |
2. Is there a limit for my earning?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The basic principle remains the same, so if you increase the number of referrals then you are actually increasing your income. The best part is there is no limit to your earning through ZA.
3. How does Zoho help me promote the services?
In Promote zoho page Banner Ads and Text Ads are available. You can choose any service to get Ad and publish in you business website.
4. Can I be an affiliate for more than one service?
Yes, using a single affiliate ID you can act as affiliate for all the Zoho Services that supports ZA program. Currently Zoho Invoice, Zoho Projects, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Books supports this, we will be adding support for ZA in other services shortly.
5. How do I generate the unique referral code?
Once you sign up for the ZA Program and complete the form in Accounts Settings, unique referral code will be automatically generated for you.
6. Where can I get a Paypal ID?
You can register for a new PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com/
7. How do add my PayPal ID?
- Login to ZA
- Click on "Settings" tab
- Click on " Edit" link
- Add your PayPal ID
- Click on "Save"
8. What is an affiliate link?
Affiliate link is a special URL which you can embed in your website. This URL is unique for each service that is part of the ZA Program.
9. How to track my earnings?
Click on "My Earnings" tab and you can view the list of commissions you earned. The commission earned by you will get reflected in your Affiliate Portal account only after 45 days from the date of payment by the user. This delay of 45 days is to account for requests for refund of payments.
10. When will I get paid?
Commission will be paid on the fifth of every month ("Payout Day") if the total unpaid commission earned by you as reflected in your Affiliate Portal account is $100 or more. Payment of the commission earned by you will be deferred until you cross the threshold of $100 and will be made on the immediately following Payout Day. Payment will be made only to your PayPal account.
11. Can I transfer my affiliate account to one of my friends?
Sorry, for security reasons you are not allowed to transfer your accout to anyone else, not even your family members.
12. How to change the affiliate username?
Your affiliate username is unique and all your transactions will be added under your username as reference. You cannot change the username once you sign up to ZA. Please take patience to add the right username as it is impossible to change the username.
13. How can I cancel the program after signing up?
If at any point you wish to cancel your ZA account, please email us affiliates@zohocorp.com. Please note that in the event of cancellation any pending amount will not be transferred to your PayPal ID.
